ABSTRACT

Objective To promote the research innovative capacity for the academic medical graduate student to adapt to the development of modern medicine,life science,as well as the trend of interdisciplinary integration.Methods The curriculum reform of the medical graduate student was carried out by taking into account of the knowledge context and systematic implementation,which covered the latest development of global life science and scientific research methodologies from the context perspective,also the interdisciplinary integration and the consistency and extension of knowledge from the structure perspective.Results A totally new core curriculum system for medical graduated students,which including four modules:public courses,core courses,professional courses and elective courses,was set up.Furthermore,related administrative mechanism reform was also carried out.Conclusions The new curriculum constructed is based on the integration of research and teaching,highlighted the needs for research innovation which is well adapted with the development trend of life science,break down the traditional barriers of different disciplines,contributes to the integration of interdisciplinary,as well as the promotion of research innovative capacities of graduate students.

ABSTRACT

In order to enhance the comprehensive ability,scientific research consciousness and scientific research skills of laboratory medicine students,the clinical laboratory center of Beijing Children's Hospital carried out the exploration for strengthening the scientific research ability of laboratory medicine students in the implementation of scientific research projects.Depending on the platform of National Center for Children's Health,the clinical laboratory center of Beijing Children's Hospital used patient resources and top research facilities to provide comprehensive trainings for students who volunteered to take part in this project with the goal of offering more opportunities for further study and employment to them.Teachers can impart the ideas,thoughts and skills of scientific research to the students through the training,which can help them to improve their core competitiveness by combining the theoretical knowledge and practical work,developing the innovative thinking and improving the ability in scientific research innovation and practice.

ABSTRACT

Objective The article analyzed the output and influence of papers published on SCI and statistical journals in our hospital from 2008 to 2013.The results could be provided to the scientific research management as reference.Methods Bibliometrics methodology was adopted to analyze the publication number of papers,citation conditions and impact factors of publishing journals to conduct retrospective analysis of the paper output and influence of our hospital.Results According to the longitudinal research,the output of sci tech papers published on SCI and statistical journals have increased significantly in 2008-2013,but the influence needs to be further improved.On the other hand,the result also reflects the improvement of scientific research capacity of hospital.Conclusions High level sci-tech Paper is an important embodiment of the scientific research output and level in re search institutions.The analysis shows continuous improvement of discipline construction as well as evaluation mechanism has played a positive role to enhance sci tech output and influence of the hospital.

Scientific research and clinical talents are the key to train the professional postgraduate students .Training scientific research capacity is a gradually accumulation process .Choosing the research issues , preparing the opening report , writing a review , participating the academic seminars or conferences , and writing the graduation thesis would be helpful for training scientific research capacity of endocrinology clinical professional postgraduates .
